Yap State has installed this recompression chamber at the Colonia Hospital, where it is ready to be used 24/7.
Head of operation Dr. Thane Hancock runs the chamber with help of 6 nurses of the hospital and 3 chamber technicians recruited from the local dive community.

Our dive operations manager Dieter Kudler dives the reefs of Yap since 2005. He currently works on an interactive Reef Guide for Yap Island, which will describe Yap Island's dive sites in word and picture.
