Our traditional land tour offers a local’s-eye view of the complexities and traditions that comprise the unique character of Yap.
Guests will be led to many off-the map sights on the back roads and will see beautiful stone money banks, traditional houses, and WW II artifacts.
Covering both sides of the island, the tour includes visits to local canoe building operations and also to the municipality of Tomil, where, on the famous red dirt soil, one has a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills and sea.

Where: North Island (Maap, Gagil, Fanif and Tomil) or South Island (Kanifay and Rull)
When: 9:00 am or 2:00pm
